All the staff here need to fix their attitude. If this is not the job for them then quit. There is no need to speak to patients like this is optional and they want to be here. Another issue to be addressed is why they have name tags but turn it around to hide their names. The ministry needs to get involved and regulate these laboratories.
My health care practitioner FRITCHIE was so helpful today. I am very queasy and anxious about giving blood, to the point where I've almost fainted. I addressed these concerns to her and she recommended we draw blood in a lying position. She recommended me to look away, but not close my eyes, and was helpful in distracting me during the draw. She was very proficient with her technique, didn't need to get poked more than I had to. Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience!
I would like to applaud Ms Fritchie, the lab tech at Brampton Dynacare - Hurontario/Ray Lawson- she was very efficient, dedicated, humble and very polite - she opened the doors of the center 15 minutes in advance, when she saw us outside waiting in a queue and also very skillfully took the blood samples from my arm, almost painless ! God bless !
I went their first time. Overall I happy with my visit. The lady who did my bloodwork her name is FRITCHIE. She was very friendly and give me all instructions very clearly.
