Very friendly staff .. less waiting time
Very disappointed! I had my blood work done last week, i had a slow flow of blood so they couldnt take much blood. I asked the tec if its enough to test and she said yes.. a week later i called my family doctor for my very time sensitive condition and they had to call the lab for them to know that they couldnt test my sample because it wasnt enough! Here i am again waiting gor over an hour for my redo test and my wait time is going up not down because theyre short staffed.. BS Im extremely disappointed of their behaviour
They always messed up with online checkin. Always when come inside told the lady that i already checked in. But still have to wait longer than my turn. No point of having online check in

Here are the items i observed: - They took my blood sample though a student. I mean thats ok, I gave them permission to do so. But the student didn't seem to have experience at all. Her hands were shivering and she moved the needle back and forth so many times, not a good experience. - The blood report that can be given online for free other other companies like Med-Health, they charge you for $10, and you still don't get report before 5 days. - They never answer the call whatsoever.
