They had very impatient staff who doesnt respect people. Staff should learn manners before they serve people.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dynacare location. I specifically requested a smaller (baby) needle for my blood work, but the staff member ignored my request and used a larger needle instead. Afterward, she commented that she was able to do it with a big needle, which made me feel like it was done to show off rather than for patient comfort. Her attitude felt egoistic and unprofessional.
