I had a great experience at Dynacare Laboratory. I checked in online and didn’t have to wait at all for my test. Regina was especially kind and professional — she made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!
I had a very bad experience yesterday at Dynacare .The staff were very rude, especially the nurse with glasses. They did not speak professionally and made me feel uncomfortable. Also, in a medical place like this, they communicate with many different people, including patients who may be sick or dealing with mental health issues. Because of that, they should have better communication skills and show respect and compassion. This type of behavior is not acceptable in a healthcare setting.

I have always been looked after in a courteous and expedient manner. Nenita greeted me nicely as has always been the case when I have come here. My bloodwork was taken quickly and without any problem, and I left as always happy that I came here.
Great experience here, always. Well organized and efficient. Today they opened the doors about 15 early to let people in. Staff here are polite and respectful.
