Why does no one answer the phone ?!
Had a good experience. Went early morning so wait time was almost 10mins which is great compared to other places. It was my first experience with Dynacare, the lab technicians are good at what they do and the whole process was quick and efficient. I just wished there were signs guiding to the centre. Walk through the door towards the backside of pharmaSave entrance and adjacent to the roti place.
Fast friendly service
Online check in doesn’t work. Kept the kids home as they had to fast, and planned that we will check in online but when we did that at 9am, it mentioned that the online check in doesn’t work due to huge demand. What a waste of time. What’s surprising is that, my husband was at the clinic an hour ago before leaving for work and it wasn’t crowded.
