The staff are very nice, friendly and quick.
Terrible customer service. I paid a few hundred dollars, yet I could not get clear information about what the test actually included. The staff’s attitude made things even worse when I tried to double-check whether I was getting the correct test, she was not wiling to help me. The price I was charged was different from what was listed on the website, so of course I wanted to ask about the difference. Why shouldn’t I be allowed to ask? Pathetic service, why are untrained staff not aware of the system check in process. Sitting at the front desk. Not asking a common question as to whether we did a web check in, or is it a walk in. They did this for both me and a family member and keep sending people, ahead of us don’t have the common courtesy to apologize, just tell you have a seat. Staff has no clue who is a walk-in and who is web check in client, either train appropriately or do only a walk in system, which seems to be the only way clients check in accordi... read more
Always fast service here, never need to book an appointment. Online check-in after the 1st hour open. Clean facility too
