Gopi was friendly and professional. With his kind smile he calmed me down. I have very difficult veins and he got it on the first try and left no bruising. I would definitely recommend him.
The staff are amazing with such a crazy busy job, especially Amanda who is very kind. The virtual queue is nice, didn’t have to wait in the waiting room the whole time. Be and kind and patient, this would be a tough job!
I want to give a huge thank you and shout out to my home care visit practitioner Shelly! I am prone to fainting while getting blood work done, and with needles in general, and Shelly was amazing! Throughout the entire process she was very professional and extremely kind. When I inevitably did pass out (at no fault of her own) she maintained her calm, and when I came to, she stayed with me, and did multiple checks to make sure I was good to go before she left!
