Online booking doesn't work and they don't answer the phone. Certainly not a viable alternative to Life Labs. Likely not a viable alternative to anything.
Having to book sometimes 4-6 weeks in advance makes this location nearly useless, if you can even find an open day to book! Staff is friendly and helpful but these clinics are short staffed and in high demand. BC's healthcare sytem is an absolute joke.
Thanks to Kim at Dynacare Call Centre and Bernadette at Lake Country Dynacare, I was able to fit into a last minute cancellation this morning to have my presurgical bloodwork done on short notice. There was no wait when I arrived. Both ladies were extremely lovely, helpful, kind, caring and efficient. Bernadette thoroughly checked my requisitions to ensure nothing was missed. Greatly appreciated.

Just need to pick up a test kit. Staff just needs to reach under the counter and hand it to me. But no. I must wait for the 5 people infront of me who need blood work before i can be handed my test kit. Lady seamed nice. DYNACARE sucks. Also did you know its an AMERICAN company doing Canadian health services? Hmm
