It's easy to make appointments here
Just need to pick up a test kit. Staff just needs to reach under the counter and hand it to me. But no. I must wait for the 5 people infront of me who need blood work before i can be handed my test kit. Lady seamed nice. DYNACARE sucks. Also did you know its an AMERICAN company doing Canadian health services? Hmm
It's by appointment, but even then there is a long wait. Never mind the fact You need to book your appointment one month in advance. And then once you get the Overworked staff of one, can barely keep their act together. Dynacare Monopolies suck
What is the point of having an appointment time if the Lab doesn’t not honour appointment time. Booked my appointment to get bloodwork done, 3 weeks ahead. Appointment was for 8:55am arrived the prescribed 10 minutes before the appointment time and there is 5 patients ahead of me. 45 minutes after my appointment time, I am still sitting in waiting room, no one is at the reception desk and I have not been processed and there are still 3 patients ahead of me.
