Once again I had to go to Dynacare Lab in Winfield, and of course had the same amazing treatment from Bernadette, she is a one very special girl to us all who go for Lab Work. She was very busy all seats taken and doing the work of 3 people, so we HOPE she is appreciated. As she is a real WORKER. Which is rare nowadays. Thankyou once again Bernadette. 🥰🤩

Ridiculous set up. Never any dates available. Staff must be totally burned out considering their unbelievable aggression, rudeness and hostility. The Health board needs to come in here and do a total overhaul of access and broken service issues.

Very disappointing experience at Winfield Valley Medical. I booked my blood work a month in advance and took time off work, but Bonnie refused to take my blood sample because she said the LFT on my requisition was not specific enough. I offered to skip the LFT or do one of the LFT components, but she refused and cancelled my appointment herself. Now I have to see my doctor again and wait another month for a new appointment. Being new to the okanagan, went to this location to inquire and get information. The place was EMPTY and the single employee was beyond rude, would not let me ask a single question, threw a piece of paper and me and told me to GET OUT!!! Can not comprehend how a medical office of any sort could be SO rude and dismissive to a person simply asking for help. Do better dynacare! Lifelabs is clearly the way to go despite the drive from Lake Country
