First of all, the service is extremely slow. I checked in online, but my estimated wait time kept getting pushed back. The line was moving very slowly, and the overall process was frustrating. On top of that, the receptionists seemed to have an attitude toward patients who arrived without checking in online beforehand. The customer service could definitely be improved, especially considering how long patients are expected to wait.
The staff at this location is very kind, patient and helpful. we like the newly renovated space, very fast and efficient. Donna, Preeti and Kavi thank you very for your service we appreciate you.
Staff and service is very good. Kavita did my blood work, she is really nice. Service is very quick if you register online.
