Today I visit this dynacare location for my blood work and it was very smooth and efficient. @Georgia took my sample, she was so professional in her work. Also, i would like to recognise @Preety and @Kavita. They were amazing in dealing with patients and their work ethic is impressive. Thankyou.

I visited the Dynacare location in Cottrelle today for my lab test, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. As soon as I entered the clinic, the lab assistant at the front desk told me not to stand near the door. I politely explained that it was raining heavily outside, but she completely ignored my concern and asked me to step outside immediately. Ali and Georgia were so kind and helped me righ away with time sensitive tests. Staff are knowledgeble and very cooperative even though significant amount of people were there to do blood work. Plan/ arrive 30 to 60 min early in morning. thank you
