So bad service as usual. The system is always have a problem with time calculations. If the screen shows that your turn after half an hour that means 1 hour and a half. Really disturbing.
Your place in the list of people to be processed (displayed on tv in waiting area) does not seem to be followed. Also 1 min wait time seems to equate to 5-10 mins. Apart from irritation, this means you can't plan for the parking fees ahead of time.
