Today around 3.30 pm i was waiting my turn for bloor test I was number 3 in waiting lane. On gentlemen Indian was shouting and not happy with the waiting time. He went to an Indian lady and requeting his HC back to leave. The worker rather than giving the back she put ahead of three of is ane die the work blood job Are we reaching this point of unrespect and carlsness
Please note that I had an appointment today at the clinic for a blood test. The place was quite crowded and when I was waiting to enter and get my appointment, and I was number three, there was an Indian customer who made a loud noise, not comfortable with the long wait. His number was about 9 or 10. When the gentleman, who was Indian, went and asked for his healthcard to leave , she let him in and did the test for him without asking anyone's permission, as if we were in a third world and there was no respect. Even 1 is too much, unprofessional and so rude, I registered and waited for much longer than estimated, when reviewed, she did a mistake by showing her iPad, people after me was unlighted and my name was lighted, she pass parole that know or on her mood, she talks in so so rude to old people, wonder why they keeping people like this, we are easing on Corona and only laps have this kind of impact creasing the pain of the people, people doesn’t come here for fun, people come with pain, they should have angels who are specialis... read more
The staff is taking advantage of “system error” where my name on the screen stays in the same position for over an hour, people kept jumping before my rank. Get ready to spend over 2 hours here no matter what time you came. Shame on them
