If you value your time, stay far away from this lab. They lure you in with a promise of a one-hour wait, but the reality is a nightmare - two hours later you’re still waiting, and your turn could easily be another hour away. This isn’t just mismanagement; it’s outright disrespect for people’s time.
These people never answer their phone .. pathetic!! They think people have whole day to contact them again and again Kindly improve your services i guess its not only me who found them poor service provider Please have some respect for people and pick up their call at least
Waiting time is too long, the staff are moving too slow. More unpleasant, they use very dirty tourniquet, it seems that they use this tourniquet for all patients, this is gross 🤢and, a very bad bruise, black and blue, I can feel the needle in and out while the technician drew the blood, they need proper training on how to do phlebotomy.
