Came here twice for my glucose test. Staff work very efficiently and have a clear order of things. Multiple screens display your current wait times.
Please do not go to this location! I went in to get blood work done at 3:15pm on Thursday, July 17th. There are monitors in the room that list patient's names, position in the waitlist and their wait times. I knew when I went in that I'd have to wait roughly an hour. That's all good. I give the receptionist my requisition form and health card and am told to wait for my turn. I was waiting for hours and 15 mint and I still have 15 mint to wait which is a lady from Iraq she take her friend to do her blood work and I hire them when she said about if someone know what did happen this is not right which I’m fasting and waiting to do my test where is the law know the employee her name Abeer
My wife was there at 12pm to do a blood work was sitting there until 2pm the nurse came to the lady was sitting next to my wife told her in Arabic language , I am going to let u go in before any body else but I hope no one can tell. The nurse name abeer . Just wanna let u know we live in Canada not back home u have to respect people who was waiting in line. That was not nice at all but I hope someone will take care of it.
