We went in for our family blood checkups this morning after fasting for almost 14 hours not the easiest thing with little ones! The waiting time was quite long, and by the end, we were all a bit tired and hungry. But once we finally got in, everything turned around. The nurses were truly so sweet and gentle caring, patient, and full of kindness. Hi last week I whent to this location. My technician DONNA was really nice and gentle ...I whould appreciate if you guys hire more staff .and watting time little less then now .. thanks for your hard work....
The receptionist booked appointment for me on Oct 17, 2025 3 :50 pm with a printed paper, when I called to confirm, they told me they would close early on Friday, and I don’t have the appointment, I told them I already take the half day off, and I have their papers showing my appointment time and my name on it, and they said I called to reschedule which was a lie, they wasted my half day and they booked me appointment without my consent and acknowledgement. The staffs have bad attitude and very poor customer service!
UPDATED If it’s your first time going. This review will help you maximize your time. Kind of difficult to find if you don’t search in advance. You will turn left to enter on the parking lot of a big corner building if you are coming from Eglinton. After entering the parking lot you will go till the end and turn left again going up to the parking on the next level. The lab is in the big building on the ground floor following the directions.
