When I checked in, it showed a 40 minute wait - no big deal. After waiting 45 minutes, the wait time beside my name said 41 minutes, somehow I had gained time with no walk-ins ahead of me?! It ended up being over an hour and a half wait (with my one year old!). I drive an hour to get here, next time it’s worth my time to just go to Winnipeg. Poorly understaffed! I’ve only had positive Dynacare experiences, this location is the exception, not coming back here!
Couldn't get to the lab. No place to park. Business does not care about providing clean parking spots in winter at all for the disabled.
Very slow team.
