The lady behind the front desk was incredibly rude. I tried explaining something repeatedly, but she remained ignorant and didn’t listen. When she finally understood she started shouting and glaring at me, blaming me for the misunderstanding. Felt extremely uncomfortable, but at least the woman drawing my blood was nice.
