Got my paperwork for a blood test from Q-doc so I went in to get my blood test done. They refused to take my blood the receptionist claimed I had the wrong paperwork. So I called Q-doc again and they said I absolutely had the correct paperwork and they should not have refused me. After being refused I instead went to the dynacare in morden and they were much more accommodating. Highly recommend going to morden instead much better service.
Went in for blood work expecting a less than fun time, based on the poor reviews. Staff were kind, and friendly from the start. Wait time was minimal. 15 minutes at most. When I fainted during blood work, they were quick to help, get me water, cool cloth for my head, and a spot to lay down. Very caring folks. Thanks for a positive, and eventful experience.
I was there for 2hours this. Morning I don't understand why you they don't hire someone to be upfront and let the lab techs do there job
They can never find peoples papers… They all seem a bit scattered and confused all the time. Staff also don’t express compassion or empathy, very judgy and don’t listen to what you have to say. Wait times are long even if you’re the 3rd person to show up in the line. Hopefully something changes here so we can have a good bloodwork place too!😄
Waiting time as well over an hour for just a Supposed 18 minute wait. Also not always the polite staff. It’s very sad
