Fifteen minute wait, and nice staff who did such a great job that I didn't even feel it.
My blood test was quick and the registration process was straightforward. I go into shock really easily and the nurse was perfect — laid me down and kept me distracted, painless, no problems. Thank you for making it quick and easy! The facilities are also very clean. I entered the building at 8 am and walked out at 8:35
It was super crowded today July 12, 2025. I had come here with my super senior aged parents for blood work. Special mention for Marwa and Zainab along with other team members were doing a great job in getting the patients attended as well as keeping their calm intact while handling so many patients. Zainab n Marwa were really outstanding in their services that they did for my parents. Many many thanks to entire team of July 12, 2025 at this Dynacare location, Victoria St, London, Ontario.
Awful service. Keep calling different locations to find out about a specific test with no responds!! Even their on line booking does not show the specific test I need to do !!!
Very bad experience, the receptionist, a punjabi (indian) lady was very rude and unprofessional. Requires more training on working at a reception. Adding on this lady was the one who took my blood as well. She handled it very roughly. Basically she stabbed the needle into my arm without even looking and I was done in what I assume was less than a minute. My arm started bruising up the next day and it is about to be a week and I still have the bruises and pain in my arm. Clearly a very inexperienced person! DefinItely not ret... read more
