Receptionist very rude (both). Wouldn’t really answer questions or acknowledge anyone who was waiting in line or confused. People with disabilities straining to stand in line and they would not look up from the desk / no basic human manners.
Staff was friendly and service was relatively quick (about 20 mins without online check-in and on a Saturday morning with not many others open)
Took my wife here for blood test and we were impressed by how experienced Virpal the nurse was! It took her seconds at most to get the blood samples required. Thank you!
Extremely disappointed with Dynacare’s policy. They refused to accept my valid health insurance card and insisted I pay upfront, telling me to claim it back from my insurance later. This is inconvenient, unprofessional, and not what I expect from a healthcare service provider. I will be avoiding Dynacare in the future.
Fifteen minute wait, and nice staff who did such a great job that I didn't even feel it.
