Most disgusting customer service. Called them waited for an hour on phone then said no one can take your call goodbye! Terrible company. I also Paid for their yearly dynacare and for some reason not working not connected to your account. Stick with life labs, although slower way better company and still not that great.
No customer service line whatsoever
I keep getting reminder notice for a bill I paid months ago. Can't get a hold of anyone at Midair court billing dept. to clear this.
Website is poorly designed. Doesn't have information for outside Ontario.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I've been glued to my phone for over three days trying to contact customer service, but it's nonexistent. More than three hours waiting, and NO ONE ANSWERS! Sending emails is useless too. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. They just take your subscription money and don't care about anything else. The authorities should look into this; according to the reviews, they've been doing this to everyone for a very long time. 😡😡
