Sent application 7 DAYS ago! Received one reply saying that someone would get back to be shortly! I DO NOT consider 7 days to be shortly! I cannot believe how DYNACARE has gone down in reliablelity.
This is the worst wait time 3hrs Williams Park Way in Brampton. The staff was apologetic for the wait time and very nice.If you are going to do blood work be prepare to wait for a few hours. I would suggest maybe booking an appointment if that will help. Our Healthcare system is in bad shape.
I hope this email reached the CEO of Dynacare: Mr. Vito Ciciretto and Mr. Brendon Lalonde Vice President of Client Services and Solutions. I had a very disappointing experience at 2000 Credit Valley Unit 106 , blood collection lab today. I arrived at 5:20 PM, well before their 6:00 PM closing time, but the lab technician, Kimberly was extremely rude and unprofessional. If you have an alternative option for your needs, please go elsewhere. Customer service is awful to a point where the rep actually hung up on me. Emailing them is also futile. Truly, I know there may not be options but if you do, please go somewhere else. Or do a bit more research than I did.
I really wish I could share a positive experience, but unfortunately my interactions with this service have been deeply frustrating. I needed to take an NIPT test. The first time I tried to register, the system kept looping me back through the registration process. According to their IT support, my email had been inexplicably blocked by their system.
