This review is for the office who books Home Care. Every time I call to book an appt. for bloodwork, I'm on the phone for two 2 hours or more. So now I'm getting terrible service for double the money. It's so sad that they are doubling the rate to come to people's homes for bloodwork. Obviously, these people are having mobility issues, but I guess they don't care. If I could give them a zero, I would have.
It's a pity I cannot give ZERO star here because it's what this lab deserve. I purchased an exam on December, 2024, went to the lab designated by them in Fredericton, NB and until now I DON'T HAVE my results. I try to get the result by the website using the option Interect but the system says the information doesn't match. I have changed the info in all possible ways to make it match and doesn't work. I have sent 2 emails and nobody get back to me. I have called and nobody get my call! I want my money back!! I paid for an ex... read more
This is a review and comment on Dynacare corporate practices rather than any specific test/sampling location. a) Dynacare is already paid by our social health system for the lab tests they do, and b) the resulting patient lab results and records belong strictly to the patient. Thus, their $9/year subscription to receive your own lab results is immoral and unacceptable (unless there is a direct reduction of our taxes by the same amount per patient). If you visit any walk-in clinic, make sure to ask your doctor if they are sending the samples to dynacare. If they are, STAY AWAY! OR GET YOUR TESTS DONE BY LIFELABS Dynacare will charge you for the service which according to your doctor is "Covered by OHIP" I received an invoice in mail 8 months after getting some tests done from my local walk-in clinic, shouldn't this be something they should tell you before the service is provided?
