Absolutely disgusting service. Paid $350 for prenatal testing. Been almost 2 months. No results, didn’t get my money back. Sent over 10 emails, called the 1800 number and sit on hold for HOURS with no response. Filed a complaint through the BBB and dynacare didn’t even respond to them. Considering this is a health agency is DISGUSTING. Took my blood and my money. Do. Not. Use. Them.
Very disappointing customer service from Dynacare Plus. I renewed my membership on April 22, 2026 and have the payment receipt. I contacted Dynacare on August 18 because my account was still inactive, but I have received no response and still cannot access my laboratory results. I have also tried calling several times, but I have been unable to reach a representative. I have already paid for my membership, yet I am still unable to access my own test results. I would like to inform the general public not to come to this location to get your blood drawn at all because this location is not for that purpose. It's just a lab where they do the tests on your blood (I'm pretty sure). Pick a different location and avoid this location because it's for employees only.
Whoever Donna is that handles emails should be fired. She doesn't care about patients or the time sensitive nature of their bloodwork. I also lost a week while Donna "searched" for my bloodwork when I explicitly told her that the requisition would be under my maiden name. She's rude, unprofessional, and unsympathetic, and doesn't care about her job. She definitely doesn't care about the patients.
