If you have an alternative option for your needs, please go elsewhere. Customer service is awful to a point where the rep actually hung up on me. Emailing them is also futile. Truly, I know there may not be options but if you do, please go somewhere else. Or do a bit more research than I did.
I really wish I could share a positive experience, but unfortunately my interactions with this service have been deeply frustrating. I needed to take an NIPT test. This review is for the office who books Home Care. Every time I call to book an appt. for bloodwork, I'm on the phone for two 2 hours or more. So now I'm getting terrible service for double the money. It's so sad that they are doubling the rate to come to people's homes for bloodwork. Obviously, these people are having mobility issues, but I guess they don't care. If I could give them a zero, I would have.
