Terrible service.
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE,!!! Customer service never calls you back or responds to your email. You pay for the service but then the PIN# they provide you does not work for registration. The basically are stealing your money and providing no customer service!!!! Don't purchase their program, it is a total scam!!!
Most disgusting customer service. Called them waited for an hour on phone then said no one can take your call goodbye! Terrible company. I also Paid for their yearly dynacare and for some reason not working not connected to your account. Stick with life labs, although slower way better company and still not that great.
No customer service line whatsoever
I keep getting reminder notice for a bill I paid months ago. Can't get a hold of anyone at Midair court billing dept. to clear this.
