Very good service
Twice I called during regular hours to ask a question before walking in. Both times I was put on hold more than 20min so I gave up and hung up. Going somewhere else for my blood test...probably will be faster than here.
STRONGLY advise against. I did a Harmony test on Dec 1. They tell you you will get the results in 5-10 days. We are now Dec 19 and I still don't have my results. 1. I cannot access them on their portal. They keep saying it is because they cannot verify my identity through interac verification. Either their system is down or we need to wait for new information to be uploaded, wo wait another 24h. 2. The team taking care of the portal is independent to their customer service team.
