Got our days mixed up. Arrived late. B.... worked us in. She didn't have too but was so kind and obliging. We are thankful. Great service!!

Unbelievable that the Healthcare system is so over stressed yet these people refuse to answer the phone so they can avoid an entire appointment that is for a minor question. I need like 2 minutes of a desk persons time and I would be on my way but no I have to book an appointment so that I can talk to someone about something clerical
