Generous phone support – They were very helpful over the phone. I talked to C.J. for 45 minutes without being charged. This was in regards to a home theatre projector lamp problem I was having.
Not Impressed – I had a 48" Bigscreen TV that needed repair, so after doing an online search, I found Dyna-Tronics. I was impressed with their Web site; they seemed like nice people to do business with, and based upon what I saw on their site, and they even supplied some estimated pricing for repairing my TV (approximately $240-350). Moreover, they very clearly stated that they charged a diagnostic fee, but that it was "no more than $65". So, I called them.
