Terrible, terrible customer service on 9/19/2023. Rude and impatient rep, who inforned me one of Dyna-Gro's products (Pro-Tekt) does not work well as advertised with one of its other products (Pure Neem Oil).
Esta persona te roba y sube los carros en Facebook y te da esa dirección y cuando llegas te vende carros que solo los compone para que te duren un día y después te dejan tirado en la calle y después les dices que te responda y te dice que te regreses a tu país si eres latino. Tengan cuidado ya que esta persona es rasista y te vende cosas que no sirve y están involucrado con la policía y la policía no le hace nada
This company is the worst especially after using their products which come defective. I don't recommend buying from them. Their Manager is an arrogant person with no compassion for anything other than money. Not helpful at all instead of making bridges they burn them. They don't care about the customers.
Extremly nice staff! Perfect for farms of all sizes to go direct to the source for nutrients, supplements, and neem oil. Just a pleasure to work with. The staff have been in business for over 35 years. I call them anytime I have a plant question!
