I highly recommend Mackay local business -Dyna Automotive - for the First-Class attention which I recently received. The owner, Jag, is extremely attentive, helpful, knowledge and highly professional. Jag spent much time and went to great extremes to find the most economical solution to my major mechanical problem. Jag definitely provides an exceptionally high standard of service to his customers.
Had an aircon emergency and these guys were able to help out, no extra sales pitches just fixed it simply and quickly awesome service Thx heaps
Air conditioner in our car stopped working, called Jag up, he was fully booked but said bring it in and I can have a quick look and at least see what’s gone wrong and book it in for repair. Turned out to be a leaking hose, after finding out we had driven in from an hour away he fitted us in, in between other customers and got it all fixed at a great price. Outstanding service from the guys, good old fashion customer service! Will definitely be booking for any other services we need in the future. Thank you Jag
We were travelling thru to Cairns in our van and noticed when we got to Sarina our esky freezer was not holding 12V to keep it cold. After several calls only Jag took time out of his busy day to check it out. He did the checks and said we should be ok to travel on. He spend awhile on our vehicle and didn't charge us. So thankful for his time and advice.
Jag and the team were able to fit me in for a last minute inspection, very knowledgable and friendly good on price will definately return.
