I would not recommend Dr. Rani Barba or this practice (Dymphna TMS) to anyone seeking competent neurological care. My Summary (I apologize if this is long, I want to be transparent and thorough) I saw Dr. Rani Barba. I arrived 10–15 minutes early for my appointment with Dr. Rani Barba, having already completed all required paperwork in detail. Awful. Everything. Communication, customer service, legality - you name it. If your insurance refers you here, do your best to get a transfer, somewhere - anywhere - else. Joseph Delos Reyes is the worst office employee, rude and ignores attempts to call/email. NP Rani Barba was rude and unprofessional. The neurologists seem to only work one day out of the week, and your long-awaited appts will only last 12 min.
Military grade is the way I would describe this place
We have been trying to get a simple form filled since January 2024. It's Almost May and we still did not receive the form back nor heard any updates. Joseph Delos Reyes did not call me back or answered my emails. Don't go there. Look for a place where staff respect its clients and their time.
This office operated primitively, at best. For being a facility that provides psychiatric care, they lack accessibility. I was referred to this place by my PCM for an ADHD evaluation. I had a video appointment with Marilou Cabusao. After spending almost the entire hour on seemingly unproductive conversation without mention of the eval, she proceeds to tell me that she doesn't believe in prescribing controlled medications(ie-meds for something like ADHD, meds that you literally go see a psychiatrist for).
