When it comes to boat repairs you want the best,so when my 23 foot boat was damaged by low hanging over head wires ripping off the center console I went with Dymond marine.while the estimate was very in depth Will thought about repairs that had not even crossed my mind,there knowledge of boats exceeded even the biggest boat repair companies.They are a smaller repair shop but provide top notch skill and repair work .Will and his staff took their time to make eveything thing that was damaged better then brand new. Made an appointment for service, they got me in within a week, service was timely and thorough. Will is very personable, knowledgeable and got me quoted for some other projects I wanted to do and explained things to me in detail, presenting options in detail. Very straight shooter, will be continuing my future services with them.

Long overdue review. I was recommended to Dymond Marine seven years and two boats ago, and have been a loyal customer ever since. Most fishermen and boaters are passionate about their boats. We also know how expensive they can be to maintain. Having had boats for over 30 years, my OCD expectations are perfection level high. VERY POOR customer service. My experience was they just want to sell as many parts as possible, whether needed or not, instead of completing repairs. There is very little room and they crowd boats in. I now have my first trailer fender dent, as a result. There are better options to have work done. Took my boat due to a seized throttle cable or throttle assembly. They replaced the cable but I'm not convinced the issue was not at the cable linkage on the engine, which the tech admitted had to be freed up. From my inspection, t... read more

Was referred by a friend . Spoke to Will the owner and specifically asked to have 2 fuel related filters changed on my Yamaha 200 outboard engine . At the end of the day I was told they did a complete tune up minus the oil change , after speaking with Will his response was that “I got you in the same day “ which obviously he thought that meant he could do whatever repairs he wanted without the courtesy of a phone call . LESSON LEARNED , get a written estimate before agreeing to any work at this place!!!
