First Growth were an excellent choice to upgrade the exterior of our White Rock strata. The work included installing new vinyl deck surfaces and glass railings to all balconies, replacement of several fascia boards showing rot, and a complete exterior repainting of wood surfaces. All told, the upgrades have resulted in a much more up-to-date and modern-looking building of which we are quite proud. Dylan and his crew were extremely professional, and we would happily recommend them to other building owners.
