They do not show up when they are supposed to and half the time do not complete the job. When questioned why they missed large sections they lie and say it is wet when it is in fact bone dry. They don't clean up after themselves and leave grass clippings everywhere. They mowed my suburban block with a ride-on mower and destroyed sections of my lawn due to using heavy machinery and the director spoke to me as though I was stupid.
