John from the maintenance team has been exceptional! I had a leak from my fridge which damaged a significant amount of flooring. John identified the problem and quickly worked to resolve it. He was professional and courteous!
Just moved out after 2.5 years. If I didn't have to leave the area for school, I would've stayed here forever. Hands down the cleanest building I've ever lived in or visited. The super friendly cleaning and maintenance staff are always working, and do an amazing job. The front desk staff is also extremely friendly and professional. Always a great place. Photos attatched of concierges and social hosts, my wife in the center and our view. We moved to Alexandria from a large home in Tennessee, stayed for a bit in a townhome and moved here. No regrets but kudos to Bozutto and their staff! Updating my photos, this place is a lot of fun.
