Dr Marshall is very attentive and professional. He takes the time to listen as well as thoroughly explain conditions. He checks in when necessary. He even is on top of vitals and labs. I'm thankful to be in such great care. Sidebar: the entire staff from start to finish are warm, polite and professional. Grateful

Does not listen to the patients. Assumes, adds, and takes away from the actual conversation. Was cocky and not completely honest. Piggy back rode off of the notes from previous doctors instead of really getting to know the patient. It was very disappointing. He clearly didn’t want me as a patient. In addition, added a couple of things in the clinical notes that I never said. Showed no type of empathy and no effort in trying to do so. Patients feel what they feel. DEC: Excellent follow-up experience; First Tele-visit with some video hiccups - mostly my new computer, I think; Efficient and comprehensive conversation, and a good use of time for both of us. As much as in-person can be pleasant, Tele-visit is terrific lack of travel and waiting room time!! AUG: Excellent initial experience with Dr. Marshall - Highly recommend; Great NYP/Columbia practitioners; weak admin processes and systems.
