Doctor Goodrich and staff were above and beyond. Highly recommend them
My wife saw him he was very polite. He told my wife he only does surgery if he knows it's gonna be a homerun. Acted like her neck wasn't that bad. She's been in pain for years. Ordered PT and the pain clinic. She's been through all that already and nothing has worked. She doesn't want the pain clinic she wants it fixed. We'll we found a wonderful Neurosurgeon in another town and he's amazing! He told her it's an easy fix and definitely a home run! Thank goodness we didn't listen to Dr Goodrich!
I think Doctor Goodrich is a very good doctor. But the scheduling staff for him is absolute garbage. I got a message saying that appointment that I had scheduled on September 1st, I called back and I was told it needed to be rescheduled to October 1st. This is to get results from a scan on August 6th. I was shocked. I said you don’t have anything sooner she said no and I said fine it schedule it for October 1. Dr. Goodrich gave my wife an assessment based on multiple scans and in-depth questions and examination. We were very impressed with is honesty and candor. We would highly recommend him based on this experience.
