Whether I need my carpets or furniture cleaned in my rental properties, I know I can count on Marvin and the team to make everything spotless. They are always friendly, professional, and arrive on time. If there is ever a delay, they let me know right away. Their prices are reasonable, and it's nice to support a local family business that always delivers excellent service.

I always look for a deal, but when it comes to carpet cleaning, I don’t mind paying full price because the service here is truly worth it. Their prices are fair, and the results are great. With big dogs, little kids, and a light-colored sofa, our carpets and furniture get plenty of stains and odors. We had them come out to Mill Valley, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. wow! such great service! i needed my area rug cleaned, so i made an appointment with dylan carpet & rug cleaning. i was worried about the cleaning products because my child is sensitive to chemicals, but jorge really helped me out. he showed me different cleaning options and shared his advice on what would be safest. he also offered to double rinse the rug so there would be barely any residue left. jorge knew i needed the rug back before a special event and made sure it was ready on time, even taking it home to finish drying... read more

I had my sofa and rug cleaned in Mill Valley, and I’m really impressed with the results. Ernest did an outstanding job—not only did he clean the sofa, but he also suggested an oxygen bleaching treatment I plan to try next time. He even cleaned the rug underneath the sofa, which was more than I expected. Ernest was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I highly recommend their carpet cleaning services to anyone who wants their furniture and carpets looking like new. The difference before and after is truly amazing!
