Dylan Carpet & Rug Cleaning showed up exactly when they said they would and honored a special price deal without any trouble. I called late and they managed to fit us in for a carpet cleaning appointment right away, which was really convenient. We have a small dog who left a lot of stains upstairs, but they were able to get most of them out and made the carpets look fresh again. I had my carpets cleaned along with the tile cleaning and sealing in the kitchen and entryway. The team did an amazing job on the tiles—they looked fresh and spotless, just like new. Some areas of the carpet were tough to clean because the fibers were already worn out, but Sebastian made sure to give those spots extra attention.
