Good customer-focused service. Fair pricing and very responsive.
Initially I was very disappointed. I was not informed of the $160 diagnostic fee when I made an appt with Dykstra to discern why my check engine light was on. They did not provide a reasonable explanation for the costs of the repair. However, after posting my review, the manager reached out to me immediately and not only listened to my experience, he also did everything in his power to correct the situation. I’m impressed with his commitment to quality service and responsiveness to the situation.
I had emergency maintenance needed on my Mini Cooper and they were able to get me in last minute and fix my car and did exceptional work! They were amazing and my car runs beautifully! I highly recommend Dykstra’s Auto!
