These guys are polite, friendly and have always been able to get my car in for service quickly. Initially I thought they were great. However, in comparing their charges with other garages, I have found their rates are on the higher end. I have been disappointed in the quality of work I have received the last several visits. Will lure you in with false promises and just keep heisting the bill up (Corporation drive location.) After $900 my rv is still not fixed. They have a silver tongued guy at front desk who talks out of both sides of his mouth. I bought a rv from a fellow. On the test drive the windows (both) would not go up or down. Since I was paying premium dollars for this rv I stated I would buy if he had the windows fixed. He agreed and took it to PFM. Don't take your car here. They will take u on a ride. 2300$ in and they say "have a nice day". I spent 2300, then all of a sudden my car is "not fixable". No interest in making it right, they won't return my email either.
