These guys are polite, friendly and have always been able to get my car in for service quickly. Initially I thought they were great. However, in comparing their charges with other garages, I have found their rates are on the higher end. I have been disappointed in the quality of work I have received the last several visits. This is one of the few honest garages i've been to in my life where I always feel good after leaving there. My dad, my brother, and I all take our cars there when we can't figure it out on our own. They've proven their integrity several times for me when I brought my car in and I was SURE it was something expensive and they could've just replaced what I told them I thought it was but instead found it was something really cheap and repaired it instead saving me a lot of money. I used to feel Dykstra's was the best place to take my vehicle for service until recently. Recently I took my Honda Odyssey to them to have the struts replaced. Needless to say they have had my van 5 full days and I still have problems. The most recent trip ended with them having it all day only to tell me they needed to order parts and I would have to bring it back again. They have done this 2 other times for this one strut job.
