The staff at this location were wonderful! As I was pulling out of the GVSU parking lot, I realized that I had a screw in the bottom of my tire! I brought it in immediately and within 10 minutes the hole was filled and I was back on the road. Thank you so much for your kindness, generosity and swift service!

I had no issues! I was frequently updated about the progress on my car and the communication was exceptional.
I took my car in the afternoon, an 07 Buick, in to check for a break line leak. They were able to check it finding a bad rear wheel cylinder and order parts. The next day I dropped it off and a few hours later it was complete. They also found a belt about to go and another problem that they corrected at that time with a wheel alignment. They to me have a top notch service crew.
Just wanted to give a shout of to this shop for always being so helpful with students in the area. My daughter is a GV student and has had to have her vehicle looked several times and they go above and beyond. Always being honest and upfront and willing to help even when there's no repairs needed! Thank you so much for providing for students in the area!
