Would put 0 stars if that was an option. Jim Edwards is an unprofessional branch manager. Jim handed me paperwork stating "this is for the receptionist" I replied "we don't have a receptionist, what are these documents?" I was met with a response from Jim of "What does it look like?" Jim was also told the general manager was busy to which Jim responded with "I'm busy too." These interactions came across as extremely dismissive and unprofessional.
