A masterclass in incompetence. Our experience with Dykes Lumber was one of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had with any business. Across multiple items we ordered, they managed to turn basic fulfillment into a drawn-out ordeal of delays, wrong products, wrong quantities, missed deliveries, and poor communication. What sets this place far apart from Home Depot is the level of service and expertise. The selection of wood is phenomenal, and the staff actually takes the time to understand your project, offer real advice, and help bring your ideas to life. During my renovation, this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable place to shop. My wall project and Marvin balcony door came out perfect thanks to their guidance and quality materials. Highly recommend.
