Not friendly towards customers. Not sure how they got so many positive reviews.
These mechanics are absolutely incapable of fixing complex vehicles don't bring huge problems/projects here I'm trying to save you the time now. I've had my vehicle sitting there for a year and they have me buy parts that don't fit my vehicle in other words taking advantage of me.
I love the way that Part City in Union Springs AL. worked with me in repairing my over heating and lack of heat problems with my 2014 Buick encore. They diagnosed and repaired both problems with my encore in one day and the price was very reasonable. I am happy to have a new shop that l can trust and they are reliable.
