For a building that markets itself as upscale, the front desk experience is… surprisingly off. There’s a consistent sense that residents and guests are more of an interruption than part of the job. I complained about an old people's club in the downstairs hall. They almost didn't have any sound insulation. They sang with high-decibel microphones early in the morning, and people started singing at 8: 30 in the morning.

I lived here for 2 years and genuinely a great place. No loud neighbors or insane parties because the management takes disturbances seriously. The super and management team are responsive, always tackling any problem and preventative—if you live in many apt buildings in NYC you understand how rare this is. The walls are not the thickest, but it’s what u expect living in an apartment. All the amenities are fantastic, rooftop is such a nice luxury—private, green, great for gatherings and kids alike.
