Dyfed alarms were very quick & efficient with fitting our alarms & security system. Would highly recommend them in the future.
Arrange a callout to remove the divider alarms security box. When I spoke to the engineer, he said that I didn’t have to decide then whether I would need to have the electricity supply removed and that he will come back later. When I phoned to ask for the box to be removed, they then suddenly said that they would be a callout charge which wasn’t relayed to me, at the time I think another instance where customer service is extremely poor and I wouldn’t recommend double alarms to anyone
Been trying to get a panel moved since mid January and it’s now mid March, we cannot start renovation work with it where it is. Several emails and phone calls and no response. We have decided to get a newly installed system from another supplier, this company is a complete waste of time and uninterested in customers with older systems
Very poor when repairs require, don’t inform you of updates required to the system after Service. Very disappointing
We have to leave a review.. 11 years with this company. Now nothing but intimidating letters asking for money that isn't owed.. Won't be using them again
