Dana was absolutely wonderful and every other employee during our stay with Dyess Family homes. They always delivered excellent customer service and maintenance always came promptly. Highly recommend them!!!
These people will do their absolute best to make sure they charge you for everything under the sun. They’re rude and terrible with communicating. They expect you to meet deadlines when they, themselves can take WEEKS even MONTHS to resolve anything or get back to you. They’ll rip you off, and make you pay for their mistakes. They shouldn't be serving military families, especially when all they want to do is nickel and dime for every cent possible. Don't deserve to be on dyess, like other reviews have said they come off nice but when it comes to moving out they do charge you on every little thing. They definitely are taking advantage of military members, marking up products in the house by 100% that you can just replace yourself, for a fraction of the cost which only complicates move out. Also any damage whether it is yours or not they will charge you for, such as outside weather damage. Disgusting company.
Don't move here, they will get you for every fee under the sun. You're better off getting an apartment off base
Other bad reviews are right just live off base. They ask people for 5* reviews to try and look better. Awful people.
