Don't move here, they will get you for every fee under the sun. You're better off getting an apartment off base
Other bad reviews are right just live off base. They ask people for 5* reviews to try and look better. Awful people.
When you outprocess with them they will charge you with everything. They tried to tell us there was a urine smell and told us our dog peed on all the carpets (without even looking underneath) when we started to go to Military housing the manager from BB went through to only ding us more stuff and that our wood floors in the living room need to replaced because "there is a urine smell". THERE IS NO URINE SMELL AND OUR DOG HAS NEVER PEED IN THE HOUSE! When we started to ask them questions like, "how would you know that's urine... read more
Had an issue with staff when moving out and they refused to take responsibility for it, this has soured my experience. The accommodations were nice, but leaving has been a nightmare. I would only recommend it if you plan on staying on base the entire time on station.
Impossible to get anything done. Lost our paperwork and claiming we are not on waitlist despite being in their system. Better to live off base
