Updated review to 1 star: Ethan was at my house for an issue with my AC powering off, for what seemed like no reason. He said it was due to the condensation drain line backing up, even told me a story about it being a common issue in these new models. In fact it was a faulty sensor. He charged me for cleaning the pipe, and putting tablets in the system (like drano), which were ultimate not the solution. Wesley knows heating and AC. I never thought he would come here and have me back running in no time; so if you need anything repaired, make sure you call Dyes Heating and Cooling. Tyler was excellent and very knowledgeable concerning repairing my air conditioner!!!
David and Landon, the Dyes technicians, came out last week and fixed a job that was botched by another company. Last summer we had filed a claim with our home warranty company when in the July summer heat, our A/C stopped cooling. They sent some guy out several times and finally, at our insistance, a new unit was ordered, which took weeks to get and then installed the new unit in September. The work was sloppy and poorly done.
