Honestly, I was not happy at all with my service. I am sure your records have information on whether I have a service plan or not. The Rep kept asking me questions about it. I have never purchased or leased a car without getting at least the first oil change free. Also, when I got into my car to leave there was a plastic cover sitting on my dashboard and I immediately went back inside to ask what it was. The lady went to get the technician. He said it was the cover for the air filter. So he had to open the glove box and reat... read more
