In the spring of 2021, Dyer Solutions was hired to replace soffit and fascia as part of an insurance claim. He changed the angle of the soffit without consulting me first which resulted in holes being made in my existing siding. It also resulted in the top of my window frame to be inside the soffit. He then had to add additional pieces because the soffit didn’t line up going around the house. The soffit was cut very unevenly and was hanging down in several places and it was very dirty. After being being rejected by my insurance company, Dyer Solutions made multiple trips and sent numerous photos until the insurance company finally understood the cause and extent of damage to my roof. If it wasn’t for Travis, I would’ve been stuck with an ugly patched roof or would’ve been out thousands of dollars. Now my roof looks great and it doesn’t leak!
