Travis came out and spent about 10 minutes with me, answering all my questions clearly and professionally. He sent me a detailed quote later that same day—unlike other companies that spent an hour talking but delayed follow-up.i really appreciated the efficiency. The crew did an outstanding job installing the roof, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and were courteous and respectful throughout the process. Highly recommend! I will definitely use Dyer solutions in the future for additional roofing or siding needs.
We had a great experience with Dyer Solutions! We had gutters and gutter screens replaced. He didn’t try to sell us anything other than what we actually needed to do right now. He explained a few minor issues with our roof which are going to have them take care of in the near future. Travis and his team arrived as scheduled and did a great job. Updated to respond: So the insurance company that you barely attempted to make contact with didn’t want to work with you? Shocking! Also, you didn’t even come back to complete the repairs that were approved! Just lies and lies and more lies. From other poor reviews it looks like we dodged a bullet with your shotty work anyways. I recently had a total roof replacement done by Travis and his crew and could not be any more satisfied! The compliments keep coming in as people pass by. Everything was done professionally from start to finish. I have never witnessed such a hard working crew. Two full days and the job was completed. The crew went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was addressed correctly and the job was done right! Would definitely recommend!
Travis and Dyer Restoration Solutions did an amazing job replacing our roof (which many roofers would not even touch). Not only was the work done professionally, the customer service was above and beyond expectations. I would recommend Travis to anyone that needs assistance.
