When I called I had to leave a message and they returned by call immediately, he said he had 3 in front of me soon as finished would head my way. It wasn't long he called and arrived to access my problem. He had to order a part but said he would return following day by 8:30, he did just that. Very affordable, knows his business and fixed my problem. Yes, I have warm heat. WooHoo!!! Do not hesitate if you need his service, I believe he is a good guy and very professional. So glad I found him in my area. Thank you!!
Very professional! They are very fast about getting back to you, they get to the work quickly, do awesome work and are very reasonable with their prices. They have sure saved me on a two different occasions! I trust them completely, and I can't say that about many companies. I wouldn't use anyone else!
Jim was great and recognized the issue right away with my AC and now it is working great again! He arrived right away and it was even sooner than he had initially estimated. Very reasonable costs and a great guy to do business with. Have his number saved and have already recommended to friends.
Jim Dyer and his crew are totally excellent. Here it is 3 years later since I bought a mini-split system from Mr. Dyer and it's like I just purchased it from him! A little problem arose on my unit yesterday. I called in the issue to Mr. Dyer and he provided me professional service in a very timely manner -- in the middle of summer, no less!
