My Mazda had a flat tire and was towed to Dyer Mazda. Service dept kept me informed ; ordered the tire and I had my car back in less than 24 hours.
I needed my oil changed on my Mazda and the techs were very thorough with my multipoint inspection. They found a nail in my tire and my belt tensioner was failing. The video of the tech checking out my car was pretty cool. Tomas was really helpful and explained everything to me, and got everything handled pretty quick. Great experience and the new Mazda dealership is really awesome. Highly recommend checking it out.
Dyer's service department excellent. They got my 2006 Mazda6 up and running again after some major work on the AC system. Joseph Pelszynski, who works at the service desk, was very attentive and helpful. I appreciate the Dyer provides a transportation service via Lyft.
