I had a very good experience. People were courteous, answered all my questions, and kept me informed of car status.
bought my 2024 miata on saturday 10/25/25. Sunday the 26th, the battery acted dead. Charged it all night and took it to Dyer Mazda on Monday. Service dept was professional and friendly. They ran all kinds of tests and said battery was good. Took car home. On Tuesday had to call Mazda roadside assistance to tow car back to service dept, car would not start, but windows still worked. they kept the car until Thursday. Told us they replaced the battery.
