Terrible experience. They installed my Mitsubishi heat pump which broke down during the 3rd winter after install then never responded to my many attempts to reach including emails and letter. Even refused to accept the certified letter I sent them. I have contacted the Maine Attorney Generals office for mediation services as there are consumer protection laws in Maine that require appliances that break down within 4 years be repaired at no expense to owner.
