Ok I get what I paid for and then some I requested a ride to a restaurant while I waited for the service to be completed and I asked them to come back and pick me up because of my disability and they did at a discount because I asked nicely. Best Service ever
Excellent service from start to finish! Darrell got my car in and out quickly for its scheduled maintenance. Darrell was professional, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Five stars!
Had a great experience when servicing my car. Chris was helpful and courteous.
Overall, this location is pretty good customer service wise; However, they lost my key (which had the manual key), and it wasn’t communicated to me until afterwards (SEVERAL HOURS wait time) when they provided me with a replacement key fob (minus the manual key). Their behavior was as if they did me a favor by not charging me for the key fob replacement although THEY lost my original key fob with the manual key. I am sincerely annoyed by this and will now risk having my car towed if/when the battery dies in the replacement k... read more
