Fast and efficient
My experience was quite good considering the event circumstance. I was driving a new <2K miles XC40 from Memphis to Atlanta. Windshield was impacted by a large bird. Supply-chain issues impacted repair but Thomas Lowell made sure the repair got finished in time for return home.
