This place is so far behind the other dealerships in Chamblee. If I had known this was going to be like this I would have never gotten a Volvo. They look at you like you have 3 heads if you ask for a loaner, while Ed Voyles properties basically trip over themselves trying to get you a ride and Curry at least pays subsidizes an Uber/Lyft. Meanwhile friends in other cities say their Volvo dealerships will come retrieve their cars directly from their homes. The service here always takes longer than they estimate. Smooth from start to finish. Great check-in experience, great waiting room experience, and everyone is extremely helpful and professional. Also appreciate how clean everything is.
I called and they said come in. I came but if course still had to wait. Typical dealership. My biggest problem and concern is, I see an oil leak underneath my vehicle now. My vehicle only had 42k miles on it when I brought it in and no signs of an oil leak, but now there is visible oil in my garage and driveway.
My 14 year old car decided April was the month that everything would break down -- sunroof, back lights, catalytic converter, heater and AC. Dyer & Dyer got her back on her feet and running in good condition again. UPDATE: Big thanks to Ms. Keysha for making yet another round of repairs on a different problem go smoothly.
