Great service by Gary the service manager. Haven’t had issues with my car until now. Highly recommend!
Went in for scheduled maintenance for my EV - which should amount to little more than a diagnostic and a few checks since there were no outstanding issues. They forgot to reset the maintenance indicator which appears at every start up, took 4 hours despite there not being a significant volume of customers at the same time, and did not even come find me when they were finished - I had to go ask, after i had been waiting on site and been told to expect between 2 and 3 hours at most.

Darrell at Dyer and Dyer did a great job helping me to get my car back on the road (minus the windshield fluid he promised) after the insurance company wanted to total the car rather than fix a dent in the hood. The collision company took the car apart. But I refused to let the car be totalled and after a 12 week fight, the car was put back together.
