Mercedes was friendly, talked me thru what it was going to be done to my car and was making sure that I was comfortable while I waited for my car to be done.
Very friendly, honest about time to get work done, delivered the service faster than expectation. Mercedes was awesome to work with. Highly recommend doing your maintenance here.
I only go to Dyer & Dyer because I trust them. I've been ripped off so many places and know they have my best interest. Work with Thomas or Mercedes as your Service Advisor. They are phenomenal at what they do and just absolutely kind people. They are worth paying a premium for a dealership service for.

Reginald is friendly and very efficient, keeping me up to date all the time that I was in waiting. The facilities are good and makes working from there easy. Nice to see Ron, best car sales person that I have ever worked with.
