Workmanship was outstanding. Car looked like new. It was extremely clean.
The staff was welcoming. They always greeted me by name. I was working with Carlo, who, even if I stopped in unexpectedly was always pleasant always forthcoming, and the two receptionist put me at ease.
After having a mishap with my vehicle and having to file an insurance claim, I chose Dyer Collision as they are one of the few remaining family owned collision centers around. Keep in mind that I am also in the automotive industry(luxury European brands), so I was pleased to find that whenever I called, the FIRST point of contact was able to update me on the status of my vehicle, even if it was the front desk person.
