I was in a minor accident that dented in the back of my car around the bumper area. Dyer was recommended by my insurance company and they actually did a fantastic job. We were very happy with the damage evaluation that was done on the car and the repairs that they did are perfect! They had also cleaned out the interior and exterior. Grateful they took such good care of my car!
~7 weeks. The blame game continues. As it turns out, the original service writer, Katie B is "no longer with the company". Before her departure, she did tell me the had to order parts from Amazon. This was confirmed when I picked up the car. I experienced terrible communication, poor service and abysmal management. This company is not accredited by the BBB. I now understand why.
