Super frustrated with how slow they have been handling things. If you want anything done in a timely manner go elsewhere. They’ve had my 2011 Chevy Malibu since December 19th did an oil change and didn’t do a diagnostic on it until the next day which by the way they charge $375 for 2 hours. Talked to someone on the phone today said it wouldn’t be ready until sometime next week when the engine arrived Thursday 1/2. Let’s hope they got it right and it is an engine problem and not the transmission! Got an update on my car Thurs... read more
