Body lines are worse than when the car went in. Incredible volume of dirt in the paint job. Employee scratched new paint job and I was promised it would be fixed and touch up paint was gobbed on instead.
The folks at Dyer Auto Body were fabulous and helped us out with our Dodge/Mercedes/Freightliner Sprinter van when we were in desperate need while visiting Kalamazoo. The dealerships in the area were completely unhelpful to us and would not even try to help with a window that had gone off-track. Dyer's took us in immediately and got the problem solved within the hour so that we could get back on the road and get home. THANK YOU!!
Dyer Auto Body did excellent work on my car. They performed fast, quality service at a reasonable price. I was informed every step of the way how much it would cost and how long it would take.
