After my dad died & I had to sell his house from out of state, the DTJ experience was miserable. It seemed like Ray was negotiating for the buyer, & the way it was going, he would have had me actually PAYING someone to take my dad's house. (Usually I can find someone to be belligerent & rude to me for free.)
