I was excited to find yarn I'd been looking for on their online store and it seemed reasonably priced. Ordered early May and received 2.5 months later. I did expect it to take a while (the product was listed as online only and said to expect potential delays), but was worried after 2 months of not hearing anything. When I reached out, Chastity responded quickly and was friendly and helpful. Just received the yarn and am quite happy overall!
I order some leather product on 5/3. On 6/4 I emailed and got a generic response about it coming in within the next 2 weeks. Emailed again 6/25 and nothing. Emailed again today demanding a refund. Don’t buy anything from this place!!! You won’t get it!!
I placed an online order with this shop in June and after 2 weeks of no shipment I contacted them and received an email back saying there was a delay, understandable, I continued to wait. Now it's mid July and still no word about my order and I cannot get in touch with the shop in any way or atleast no responses. Should of read the reviews about this shop being scammers and I'll probably never see my money back.

I ordered some yarn for a Christmas present in early December. It's June and I have not received the yarn. I contacted them in February and they said they would get the order out and after another month and no order and no update, I reached out again. They never responded, but I got a tracking number after awhile. The tracking has been in pre shipment for over a month now. Reached out again and silence. Don't trust this place. Currently disputing the charge.
