When I visited this store 6 months ago I was really impressed with the selection and service. So when I got the email on 2/1/2025 that they were running a Lunar special, I ordered a mini basin and some SOAK. I still have not gotten an update that it is shipping or even in process, just order confirmed. When I sent them an email on Tuesday to check status, I still have not gotten any response. WARNING, do not purchase anything here, as you risk unforseen, unethical problems -- THEFT. I don't trust this place with my credit card number. I bought a Muud leather project bag online, and Chastity sent me the wrong bag and did not respond to my requests for a return. She didn't answer the phone, emails, texts, and messages left on the store's message machine. When I started my fiber arts hobby, I was really excited by this shop for their selection of yarn fibers and colorways. There is a variety of price points. However, the customer service can use a lot of improvement. I felt followed and watched every in-store visit. There were 2 visits where the owner reassured me that she could order yarn that was not readily in stock.
