I definitely do not feel I got my money's worth. They kept making "estimates" that were way off then asking for more retainers. I read other reviews and some say they are quite communicative but I didn't get that at all and when I complained they said they were doing even better than the 2 business days - ultimately for "helping" to negotiate a franchise agreement I paid them around $8000 which was about 1/5th of what I paid for the franchise fee.
