Mr. Dycus was contacted in order to grade my back yard (which used to be a tobacco field it is hilly!) He sub-contracted this job to someone else as he was "backed up with work." The sub-contractors plowed the yard and that is it. Now, instead of there being rows in my yard that I could mow with in order to avoid bumps, there are bumps everywhere. It is 100 times worse.
