I have come to the decision I needed to write a review. I have been ordering compound eye drops for my son for 2 years. They just can't seem to get it right. In the past 9 months: 1) sent a 3 month supply that expired before 3 months? 2) sent my prescription to Turtle Bay (as requested) for pick up on Wednesday. Went to the pharmacy on Wednesday (I drive in from Lumby)- they forgot to submit said prescription. Final straw yesterday 3) sent prescription without required form to submit for insurance. The staff was very helpful and they ordered ordered in exactly what I needed. Great location snd a nice pharmacy. I would recomend shopping there. Downtown Kelowna.
The pharmacist suggested that we don’t keep our daughter clean enough because she has had an infection twice. It was very upsetting, rude and unprofessional. We have had this poor girl into our GP, urgent care and her pediatrician multiple times to help her. The pharmacist only knows the medications she is on.
