My experience at Dyck's Pharmacy on Pandosy Street in Kelowna is amazing. Alex who is the pharmacist is incredible with so much knowledge, dedication and he really cares about his clients. I have never had such great service. All of the staff are very helpful and make a great team.
The Pharmacist (Alex) at this location probably the best pharmacist / and pharmacy I’ve ever had . They take care of their patients , they pay close attention and they’re kind and helpful . Thank you Dycks , and Alex !
I have used this pharmacy for over 6 years, and never had bad advice or negative reactions when I step in the door. I am a severe epileptic and mobility is an issue since I can't hold a license and continuous falls. They have always delivered my medication to the multiple residences I have lived at, or the hospital if I have to stay there multiple days and such. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone in Kelowna, they deliver to MOST areas from Rutland all the way down to Leon Avenue, near the bridge.
