The Pharmacist (Alex) at this location probably the best pharmacist / and pharmacy I’ve ever had . They take care of their patients , they pay close attention and they’re kind and helpful . Thank you Dycks , and Alex !
I have used this pharmacy for over 6 years, and never had bad advice or negative reactions when I step in the door. I am a severe epileptic and mobility is an issue since I can't hold a license and continuous falls. They have always delivered my medication to the multiple residences I have lived at, or the hospital if I have to stay there multiple days and such. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone in Kelowna, they deliver to MOST areas from Rutland all the way down to Leon Avenue, near the bridge.
Super friendly staff went in to fill a prescription and it only took 10 minutes compared to the normal 1 hour i have to deal with. As i waited i picked up some other items that were fairly well priced, have no complaints. Would absolutely go back
