Terrible customer service now that Orbit took over. Cannot recommend this company to anyone given their consistently indifferent attitude towards responding to the customer and our needs. Night and day, 180 degree reversal compared to how it was before. Orbit insulates themselves so that it’s near impossible to speak to anyone and after numerous attempts to get a manager to call me back I have heard nothing. Speaks volumes for what they think of their client base.
