I came here to get help with finding auto and home insurance, and my Dycks Insurance agent - Kate, went above and beyond to answer every question I had. Kate ensured I always understood, explained things very clearly, and took time to go over small things. The attention to detail and care provided is amazing. A strong asset to this company, a great experience and will be recommending friends and family to use this company.

I had a really serious issue with this company. A banking error occurred on my account, and I never received any notification by email or regular mail—even though I was expecting clear communication based on standard industry practices. Because of that, I ended up driving two of my cars without insurance for over a month, and I only discovered it by chance. I’ve run into a major problem with this company, and it’s been nothing but a headache from start to finish. A serious issue came up with my policy, and trying to reach anyone for help felt almost impossible. Phone calls, messages — it didn’t matter. Getting through to an actual person who could explain or resolve anything was basically a lost cause. Just like so many other reviews about this place phone two weeks ago and still haven’t got a reply back for somebody to give me a quote. Definitely would not recommend this insurance agency to anybody if that’s the kind of customer service they give.
